Q: I ordered the wrong size! Can I swap it?
A: Absolutely! Shoot us an email via our contact form & we will get it worked out.

Q: How long until my new favorite merch arrives?
A: We ship as fast as possible – usually within a few days. Delivery time depends on where you live and the mail carrier’s mood. 

Q: Will all my merch arrive in one package?
A: We'd love to send everything in one superhero landing, but some items might come from different secret lairs (aka warehouses). So, don’t be surprised if they arrive separately – it's all part of the plan. Rest assured, everything you ordered will find its way to you!

Q: Do you ship internationally, or just to cool local places?
A: We ship worldwide! Not too the moon quite yet.

Q: I’m obsessed with your designs. Can I get them on other stuff?
A: So glad to hear that! A lot of the designs are available on multiple items (mugs, tees, etc.) so make sure to have a look. But if you have an idea, drop us a suggestion, and who knows! It might just happen!

Q: What if my hoodie is defective or the mail carrier turns into a dragon and flies away with it?
A: While we can’t control mythical creatures, if there’s a problem with your order, let us know. We’ll make it right – promise!

Q: Can I rock these hoodies in the summer, or will I melt?
A: Our hoodies are perfect for a cozy night or a breezy day, but if it’s super hot out, you might want to rock our tees instead.

Q: How do I care for my hoodie to make it last until the end of time?
A: Treat it with love. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid feeding it after midnight.

Q: Are the autographs really original? Or do you have a signing robot?
A: No robots here – promise! Each autograph is genuinely hand-signed by Braden Barrie (SayWeCanFly). It’s 100% original, just like the music. So when you get a signed item, know that Braden personally signed it.
